Comparative Political Systems
The goal of this course is to develop an understanding of different economic and political systems and the context in which these systems developed. There is also a strong emphasis on examining the continuing relevance of these systems to current global issues.
Students are introduced to different theories regarding ethical behavior by analyzing the writings of important philosophers. They then apply these theories to contemporary issues to gain a better understanding of the importance of ethics in everyday life.
